1.In this survey we found most adult’s had premolar’s and molar’s teeth had filled or extracted.

2. the reason’s for these are:

1. They didn't brush their teeth.

2. They didn't floss their teeth.

3. They didn't drink a lot of water but instead they drank lot’s of fizzy drink’s.

4. They didn't eat a lot of healthy food.

day 1.

Left Hawaii

It was a beautiful day in Hawaii when me and ten of my cousins left and went to Samoa,we all said by too our wives and the children,then after that we  packed heaps of food, water and spares. when we left there were eleven canoes left and when we were approaching Samoa there was a huge hurricane and when the hurricane finished there were two boats that got crushed into tiny bits and pieces.When the hurricane finished i prayed too the ones that died in the hurricane and in the boats.

day 5.

Reached samba.

When we got too Samoa and the Samoans saw us they tried to kill us and eat us but instead we gave them some food to eat and they were all happy after that and then own the way to cook island and there was a storm and it is smaller than the hurricane. The things that happened own the way too Samoa was the same they is in the picture.One person died in the storm and that was my cousin,the wind blew him out of the boat and he drowned and got eaten alive from six baby sharks.So after the storm had finished i prayed that no one got killed again because 5 already got killed so I prayed that no one else got killed five times.

day 7.

Reached cook island.

When we reached cook island all the cook islanders were all looking at us thinking what are they doing here and then they said what are you doing here this is our home go away and we said no we have come here to help use live while there is a storm,after that they said ok then come along and give us some advice so if there is no storm by the time use leave we know what to do and if you don't give us any advice we will permanently put use in prison for a day and give you no food.ok then we said and we gave them advice and stayed the night because they had offered us somewhere to sleep and we said thank you and the next morning and prayed that none of them died if there were too be any storm’s so after we left and head for new Zealand there was a huge as storm that nearly killed us all but instead we were all could see new Zealand and it was shallow enough for us to swim to shore and then we finally made it.

day 12.

After we drowned in the storm we had too swim back too the sea shore and dry off,when we finished drying off we built us some shelter and laid under our new shelter and we talk and talk and talk,then we some people coming from all the countries we went through and they had all their spears and caption’s,we saw them all and got our spears and captions to so that we didn't lose heaps of people and fight back but they  came too live with them but when they pulled out the spears they thought that they wanted a fight so they started too shot us with their spears so we started too shot back,when we did our first shot we all killed one person so we kept on shooting them with our spears, and kept on killing them until they all died and we won the fight but we were all angry because the one that got the first kill was the that died first out of all the people that was on our side for

the fight,he was the 5th strongest man  in our team,then we calmed down             after a while.

First of all to brush your teeth you will need the following things: The first  thing you will need is a toothbrush,the second thing you will need is a little bit of toothpaste,and the last thing you will need is a some water.to brush your teeth with the things that you got, First of all you put some toothpaste on your toothbrush and put a little bit of water on it and  scrub you teeth by taking your toothbrush and placing it on your teeth and scrubing up and down and down then down,you do both of the things two times.After you do all of those things you floss your teeth and wash your toothbrush then you are done.
